Most tools in this category are built for agencies running two hundred locations, and they are priced and shaped accordingly. This one is built for the person who owns the business and has about ten minutes a week for it.

It audits the profile automatically, tells you what is missing or has drifted, and shows you the things worth fixing rather than a dashboard of everything it could possibly measure.

Automating review replies without sounding automated

Review replies are drafted in your voice, from how you have answered before. A four-star review about a late arrival does not get the same reply as a five-star one about the finish, and neither of them gets the paragraph everybody recognises as a template.

Nothing is published until you approve it. That is deliberate and it is not going to change: a reply posted in your name that you have never read is a liability, not a time saving.

An affordable GBP service for a small business
