Automating customer inquiries

Someone messages at nine at night asking for a quote. By morning they have booked someone else. An AI agent answers in seconds, in your voice, asks the questions you would have asked, and puts the qualified ones straight into your calendar.

It handles the repetitive half and hands you the rest. The point is not to replace the conversation — it is to make sure the conversation still exists by the time you get to it.

RAG systems for your own documents

RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation, which is a long way of saying the model reads your documents before it answers instead of guessing from memory. Quotes, spec sheets, past jobs, the policy binder nobody can find — it looks the answer up and tells you where it came from.

The citation matters more than the cleverness. An answer you cannot check is an answer you cannot use in front of a customer.

Workflow automation for trades businesses

A good share of our work is with trades, clinics and service businesses that have outgrown doing everything by hand — quote to invoice, job photos filed where the office can find them, the follow-up that never happens on a busy week.
